Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional information such as your dealership affiliation and role.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, features used, and engagement metrics. This helps us improve our services.
Media Content
When you record or upload videos and photos through our mobile app, we store this content to deliver it to your customers via personalized landing pages.
Device Information
We collect device identifiers, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and ensure app compatibility.
Customer Lead Data
We process customer lead information (name, email, phone, vehicle preferences) provided by dealership CRM systems via ADF/XML feeds. This data is processed on behalf of the dealership.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Cloud hosting (Vercel, Railway, Supabase), video delivery (Cloudflare Stream), email (SendGrid), SMS (Twilio), and AI services (OpenAI) that help us operate the platform.
- Your dealership: Dealership managers can view salesperson activity and lead engagement data within their organization.
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, authenticated API access, and secure token storage on mobile devices. Video content is delivered via encrypted HLS streaming.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data and associated content are retained per your dealership's data retention policies. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You can delete your account directly from the Settings screen in the mobile app, or follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page to request deletion by email. 8. Camera and Microphone
The Leadrin for Sales mobile app requests camera and microphone access solely for recording introduction and vehicle walkaround videos. These videos are uploaded to our platform and displayed on customer-facing landing pages. We do not access your camera or microphone for any other purpose.
9. Push Notifications
We send push notifications to inform you about new leads, follow-up drafts, customer bookings, and SMS replies. You can control notification preferences within the app settings or disable them via your device settings.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
