We never sell your data.
Leadrin does not sell personal information: not your team's, and not your buyers'.
Lead data stays your dealership's.
We process buyer leads on your dealership's behalf, and keep lead data and its content for as long as your dealership's retention policies say.
Shared only to run the platform.
Data goes only to the service providers that operate Leadrin, such as hosting, video delivery, and email, to your own dealership's managers, and when the law requires it or to protect our rights. The Privacy Policy names every provider.
Protected in transit and in the database.
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Row-level security policies guard the database, access to our API is authenticated, salesperson sign-ins are stored securely on the phone, and video streams over encrypted HLS.
Buyer pages stay out of search.
Customer pages and dealership links tell search engines not to crawl them. A buyer's page is meant for that buyer, not for search results.
Camera and microphone for videos only.
The salesperson app asks for the camera and microphone only to record introductions and walkarounds, and uses them for nothing else.
Deleted when you ask.
Anyone can ask us to delete their account and personal data. Salespeople can delete their account from the app's Settings screen.
