Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leadrin platform, including the Leadrin for Sales mobile application and leadrin.com website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leadrin provides a personalized digital showroom platform for automotive dealerships. The Service auto-generates customer-facing landing pages with salesperson videos, vehicle details, reviews, and booking functionality. The mobile app enables salespeople to manage leads, record videos, and track engagement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. Salesperson accounts are created via invitation from your dealership's General Manager. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications through the platform

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload (videos, photos, messages). By uploading content, you grant Leadrin a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as part of the Service — including on customer-facing landing pages and within the dealership dashboard.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate follow-up message drafts, chatbot responses, and tour narration. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may require review before sending. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is sent to customers.

7. SMS and Communications

The Service sends SMS messages and emails to customers on behalf of your dealership. By using these features, you confirm that your dealership has appropriate consent to contact customers. You are responsible for compliance with applicable communications laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

8. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service is provided under a subscription agreement between Leadrin and your dealership. Individual salesperson accounts are managed by the dealership's General Manager. Billing terms are set forth in the dealership's service agreement.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your dealership in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Your dealership's General Manager may deactivate your salesperson account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
