Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Leadrin for Sales salesperson account on iOS, Android, and the web, and what data we remove when you do.

Delete from the mobile app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the Leadrin for Sales mobile app:

  1. Open the Leadrin for Sales app and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete My Account.

Deletion happens immediately. You will be signed out of all devices.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you no longer have the device or have forgotten your password), email privacy@leadrin.com from the address associated with your account. Include:

  • The full name on your salesperson profile
  • Your dealership name
  • The email address used to sign in to Leadrin for Sales

We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your salesperson profile, login credentials, and contact information
  • Videos you recorded (intro videos, walkaround videos) and their associated customer landing pages
  • Vehicle photos you personally uploaded through the mobile app
  • Follow-up message drafts, sequences, and SMS conversations associated with your leads
  • Customer landing-page records associated with your videos, including translations, chat messages, analytics events, engagement scores, and bookings linked to those pages
  • Notification preferences, push tokens, and app settings

What we keep

Your dealership remains the data controller for the customer leads it provides to Leadrin. To preserve the dealership's business records and ongoing customer relationships, the following are not deleted when you remove your account:

  • Customer lead records (name, email, phone, vehicle interest) remain with your dealership. Your salesperson assignment is removed so the lead can be reassigned.
  • Inventory data and dealership-level configuration that you did not personally create.
  • Aggregated, de-identified analytics that no longer reference you.
  • Records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction or tax records related to bookings).

If you want a customer's lead record removed as well, the request must come from the dealership that owns the lead.

Retention timing

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email-requested deletion completes within 30 days of identity verification. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
